Highly Notorious Monsters

An idea to throw out there, how about lottery spwan nm's from the open world one's we have now!

Thanks sir, but this idea has been talked about many many times throughout this long thread!

I am all for lottery spawns, as that is an aspect of FFXI I loved. Just the respawn timers need to be raised, albeit not to incredible times between respawns... but not 2-5 minutes. Notorious Monsters should be rare, and cause excitement when they are seen unclaimed. Not boring regular monsters that everyone passes by.
