HNM's are something that is very very very simple to implement and very cost efficient. A ton of people loved this about 11 and a ton of people want it in 14. It is simply adding a mob with a long respawn time with rare drops.. very cheap to implement and for thoughs who don't like such a thing just don't participate in it. I did like how KSNM had dropped items that HNM's dropped and allowed the anti HNM crowd to get these items in some way or another.

I personally think we will see HNM's again with 2.0 or when they do the the reconstruction of the world.
