Anything pet-related (Beastmaster/Puppetmaster) seems wholly unlikely outside of them doubling down on the concept of limited jobs despite the big backlash.

This would likely extend to Necromancer, not helped by the fact that a lot of quests and sidequests that deal with Necromancy and the like are either highlighted with disdain, tragedy, or both. Its almost like their universal "kids, don't do drugs" message peppered throughout the game.

Timemage seemed to have been reimagined into Astrologian with a dash of Gambler mixed in. Unfortunately they have cut/changed a couple of abilities that had a space/time theme, so the similarities between them are sparser. However FFXIV just doesn't seem to be fit for a job that's been known to: really only work in turn-based situations (and not concerned about "balance" when it's not), be mostly represented as pure support, its identity is mostly defined by 2-3 spells (which were given to other jobs in games like XI) and such spell effects are present in one form or another in XIV already. On their own, a lot of these aspects don't automatically disqualify the job from happening, but together they don't present a positive outlook.
