Here's just a brief overview of my feedback for Gm Lydahkny. They responded in a very quick and efficient amount of time and manner to a report I submitted about possible harassment. In addition to this they answered all my questions and addressed the situation in a very professional and friendly way. The only negative critique I can give, which isn't even their fault as far as I can see, is that the link to the page that answers my question about what is considered harassment on FFXIV was not possible to copy and paste into a web browser. Gm Lydahkny, thank you for your time and efficiently taking care of the situation while confirming that I added everything that was needed to clarify and explain what happened.
