    Farming Crystal Shards?

    When I first started the game, I remember fighting low level mobs like chigoes, sheep, dodos, etc. and getting hundreds of shards like nothing. They sell really fast for a decent amount of gil, so I decided I'd start farming them. Only problem is, I've been fighting chigoes, dodos, and puk hatchlings, but they don't drop anything for me now. x_x

    Anyone know why they aren't dropping? The only thing I can think of is that I'm supposed to be fighting something closer to my level (which is 30), but I'm really confused. Please help!

    Yeah, once enemies are too far below your level they stop providing drops. At least, it was like that before.

    Mobs need to be within a certain level range of your character for shards, not other drops.
