Looking at your crafting levels, I would say don't sweat too much on failures. It will get easier as you get more relevant abilities from all the crafts as you go, not to mention that you can use more abilities as you get higher.

If you surround yourself with roegs in subligaria you're success rate skyrockets.
I'm going to ask a few questions.Let me start off my rant by saying; I don't want/care about/need your advice because I know I'm doing it right. I don't want to hear how successful you are, how easy it is for you and how the whole world is just perfection from your mountain-top. I am quite ready to punch a BABY right now, don't even think for a second I won't be coming after you!
As for the rant itself; WTF IS WRONG WITH CRAFTING?!
I have a level 8 blacksmith and I was leveling up on Iron Ore-to-Ingots (level 13 synth) and everything was fine and great! 100+ Quality a synth and 1,500-2000XP per synth.
What's to bitch about? I'm level 11 now and have botched 6 attempts so far, can't get over 50 quality and when I do succeed it's only worth 300 f%#^ing XP.
MEAH! R U WEARS EQUIPS!?1 MEAH! What equipment at level 11? Why didn't I need any 3 levels ago?
WHY WHY WHY!
If this makes sense to any of you, then craft me a f$@^ing portal back to reality because this is obviously assbackwards world and I won't succeed well here.
1) Are you using synth support from the guild?
2) Standard, Rapid, or Careful synths? Based on your post I'm guessing you aren't using standard exclusively. If not, that is the reason for your failures. You are lowering your chances of success and increasing your durability loss. Just spam standard.
3) Are you strategically using wait? Believe it or not it can be the difference between success and failure. If you find yoursel failing, leave the blinky/red crap alone lol.
All in all sometimes you have bad luck and just gotta deal with it.
it was said long before we had forums even, and since nothing has been said since, its easy to assume that it holds the same as it has since launch, that moon phases/weather etc etc do not affect crafting at all "yet"
there was mention of it being a possibility in the distant future but that was the end of what was said
also, based on my own testing back then, and even today, ive never seen any difference in crafting based on any factor other then random luck and my level vs the recipe level(since theyve added 51+ recipes i can once again do recipes higher then me since im all 50, and this still holds true even with them)
One thing to note though, some recipes, especialy some older ones that are now dated were akwardly harder then their level made them seem, anyone remember trying to do canvas cloth or cotton yarn back in the day? how it would fail easily with guild support(which was required for it) even when you were 10 levels above it? regardless of what day it was, what moon it was, or anything?

1) Support DOES NOT make synths easier, if he is doing a dated recipe that "requires" it, then yes, he needs it, if not, then support does absolutely nothing. It does not make synths easier, it does not raise your virtual level. it does NOTHING. this has been confirmed time and time again by the developers. In the future, they plan to change how it works so that it is useful again, but for now, its pretty useless.I'm going to ask a few questions.

2) common sense, be amazed how many people will spam careful instead for the exp and complain about fails now
3) people still havent learned how much more important this is since they changed how stats work, even i have had to use wait to avoid nasty fails and be careful when crafting 51+ gear

Haha Mina, u so mad. See you after server merge. ;3
Step 1: Level all crafts to lvl 10 on Guild Leves
Step 2: Equip relevant cross class abilities (CCAs)
Step 3: Level all crafts to lvl 20 using CCAs
Repeat.
Clothing Optional.
Hm, I didn't notice this anywhere but were you using Asuran Armguards, if you started to fail at 11 then the answer is the effects of your hands wore off so you aren't getting the power boost you were before.
synthesis also gets harder once you hit 11 and 21 as they made it easier so you get into it
