Not surprised this is a thing in the slightest if people sell ultimate clears.

The worst thing about this is that it undermines the efforts of people who got these titles fair and square and makes people question the legitimacy of clears.

It's not really surprising. A good friend of mine used to sell clears for content in WoW back when they were in college. They and the group they were with made a pretty decent and consistent stream of money because a lot of people didn't want to do the content themselves. They don't sell clears anymore, haven't for a long time, but those numbers aren't surprising to me based on the stories I've been told.

I wonder what SE will do if they caught any of the buyers tho, give them a warning? Ban them for a 3 days max?
As long as they don't perma-ban account on first offence of gil/shady service buying and start to investigate if the leader-board clears are legit this will never stop.
