Considering the naming department for the housing districts for the majority have that distinct naming in that style Goblet, Mists, Lavender Beds, Shirogane it's in the runnings for that.
I would argue Firmament fits more in with Pillars and Foundation as just another Ishgard zone, and we would get one that breaks a bit from that naming convention for player houses if they went that way.
