It does look like a destroyed ward. Everyone online in my FC remarked about it while we were watching and discussing the live letter. It will be an incentive for those on worlds without available houses to push to complete the reconstruction as fast as possible.

Considering the naming department for the housing districts for the majority have that distinct naming in that style Goblet, Mists, Lavender Beds, Shirogane it's in the runnings for that.

If SE wanted to keep that concept split and make it simple a Doman Enclave style name instead.
