Edit, actually at these stats: 2331 Craftsmanship / 2433 Control / 607 CP. You can do this macro and it'll work for the Alumina Whetstone / Pliable Glass Fiber. So no need for Syrup / Tea at all . Blood Bouillabaisse is all we need.

Basic Synth is a good idea. Worth noting you have 5 Dura left over, so you can use Basic Synth twice, dropping the craftsmanship requirements even further.
