I'm not the best crafter around and I was just doing some testing but I was able to get ~30000 quality discounting times I got good procs (which means I'd need 14K starting quality, or 7 HQ materials in the recipe) and had 27CP to spare, not using a single RNG-based skill. So, very macro-able.
