The crafting in ESO is horrible. It's way too easy to level, and way too easy to make stuff. It's essentially worthless.

ESO's crafting is basically just time-gated (unless you spent money on their cash shop). It takes about a year to learn everything (and a considerable amount of in-game gold). But the reason why it's worthless has more to do with fact that most BIS gear sets are drops from raids and dungeons. Then add a crappy trading system on top and you know why it's mostly worthless.
