I'm confused how is it not available? Its physically in the world. What's stopping us from usuing it? Some plot armor and convenience? Why include it?

So far it's heavily implied that we take a dip to Nier's crapsack Earth for the cross-over raid. We won't know until the twenty-ninth, obviously, but that's how I'm looking at it.

I'm not sure what in your mind makes it different from the magitek sky armor mount we already have, or why you think it would have to be some OP thing that ignores plot but mounts like Twintania or Fenrir or Midgardsormr don't deserve a topic.
