    Don't use Dial Up. Use a mobile hotspot from say, Verizon. Game will run fine. Only problem is that the data is limited, but from experience, this game will not draw big data at all.

    Counting all dial up ISPs apparently it’s closer to 9 mil, at least it was a few years ago
