BLM Quest NPC ( Lalai ) Disappear from my screen ( only me )

Hi there,
I encounter some strange problem.. that the NPC name Lalai is gone from my screen.
I can't target him or see him at all. But other people can see him and talk to him without problem.

I tried to use another PC but the problem still persist.
I'm not sure why it just me.. or my patch have glitch and incomplete..

Please help! I can't do anything about this blm job

Um. Thank you Qeepel for your recommendation ^^; ( that's a detailed one but it sure will help developer fix bug )
Anyway. I just want to let you know that when I using my another PC, I can see that NPC.

So I copy all FINAL FANTASY XIV folder from working PC and replace it with my problem one.
And it's working fine now.

Maybe it happen because of some data corrupt while patching.
