Never played Stormblood MCH so I don't for sure but I have heard horror stories about the RNG on it... and GNB doesn't even feel like it has a long cooldown phase given how often Blasting Zone and Gnashing Fang combo are off cooldown, which line up nicely for No Mercy burst.

If any tanks have a very long cooldown phase it's WAR and DRK, which is why I stopped playing DRK...

Do not double weave oGCDs in any burst window it is a bad practice because of 10-15 second raid buff burst windows. Just weave an oGCD after a GCD, and you can get just as much damage in if you time the button presses right in a 20-25, don't worry about other people's raid buffs.

Simplified tank damage rotation is okay for PLD but it could be a better if Goring Blade DoT duration was 30 Seconds due to Atonement weaponskill spam... GNB is DPS rotation is simple but really hard to master due to certain boss mechanics(hey there downtime phase, you interrupted my burst combo), WAR and DRK is "press on cooldown" while spamming 1-2-3 making DRK and WAR too simplified, and WAR should be the only one that's too simplified(but that's just my opinion)...
