    So, you didn't fix it. You alleviated it. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate it! a few seconds is a heck of a lot better than when they were off by 10-15 seconds. Now that was pretty annoying.

    I think what they're saying is the problem is now the opposite, even if the ability is ready it may still show the recast timer with a few seconds on it, which is a lot better than the other way around.

    Oh, I got it now. However, it's the same thing. You're still being told the wrong recast. So, it's not fixed. It's alleviated.
