Game freezing

My game freezes whenever while loading into dungeons. The screen goes black, the game stops responding and I have to reboot the game. Help please.

No updates or changes. I have always had this issue since I started playing and I never get any error messages. The game just stops responding.

Can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

Does this happen regardless of the dungeon you choose? Or does it only happen with specific ones? What have you tried so far to alleviate the issue?

It doesn't matter what dungeon. I have tried updating graphics driver, ran in the previous Direct X, lowering the graphics settings and changing resolution/display mode. It's hard to know what to try when you don't know what's causing the issue. Only this game has the issue.

Good morning and thank you for the reply.

If you have not done so already, could you try doing a clean-boot? This will prevent any programs from starting up when the starting when the computer first boots up. This can end up having adverse effects on the game when these programs are running in the background.
Open the task manager (CTRL+SHIFT+ESC) and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC.
