FoF or FoW? lv76

Just hit lv76 MNK and just got GL4. Should I go with FoF for the 10% buff or FoW for the GL4.

And man this job is soo much fun now XD.

From my understanding, you go with FoF to build up and switch to FoW when you can get the 4th stack fast

Stay in FoF till you're at 3 stacks, then do your combo, and before you hit demolisher/rockbreaker switch to FoW and then use it. That way you enter GL4 and you want to hold it for as long as possible. Which is now pretty easy with the form shift changes.

The 4th stack of GL will give you the 10% damage increase that you've lost by not being in fists of fire, so that's a net neutral. But you will get the added speed on your GCD for having a fourth stack, meaning more weapon skills in the same amount of time in Fists of Wind versus Fists of Fire, as well as you'll have your auto attack delay further reduced, meaning 4 stacks of greased lightning in fists of wind is a DPS increase over 3 stacks of greased lightning in fists of fire.
