Suggestion: Kick player from House/Apartment/Room.

RP ppl have issues with non RP ppl invading their houses? Funny, I had to lock my house down since the RP FC who had a small house across from me insisted on using my mansion for all their RP needs because "why do you need a mansion if you don't rp?", "Its no fair a single player can have a mansion, we are a group, it should be ours anyway so your just gonna have to deal with it". Even had to yank everything off my lawn to keep them away. After repeated conversations with GMs its all I could do. We do need more restrictions or it is just another reason we need instanced housing.

A few of them did, however, get in trouble when I reported their disturbing lala/roe erp tho, so that was satisfying.

Although this thread was started with the RP community in mind, something needs to be made available to benefit everyone. I am truly very sorry that members of the RP community apparently behaved this way. Everyone should be able to enjoy the housing that they took the time to acquire and decorate, without unwanted disruptions such as this. The fact that you felt forced to clear out your lawn to keep them away is terrible.

Even as an active role player, I have entered my own player housing to discover people participating in activities that I had rather they did not. Of course, I don't know what they are up to when I am logged off or not in my house, but when we enter our houses for our own use, our options should not stop at politely asking someone to stop what they are doing or to leave, merely so that we can be mocked in turn as you were.

As owners of our Houses, FC houses and Apartments, I feel that we should be able to 'kick' or 'remove' people from our houses. For many of us who use these places for Role-Playing we are very aware of trolls. Of course we can Blacklist them, but we can not silence their action spams, performance, etc.

For many of us we open our Role-Play spots as a way to have fun between patches and with the community. To have a player come in only to cause chaos is exhausting, annoying and not how FF has always desired us to act towards one another.

This. I have to agree with you on this one. Even though I'm not one that Role-Plays a lot, it irks me to imagine a troll deciding to ruin a good time for everyone. Square needs to add this to the game cause no one wants their fun to be ruined by someone who thinks Role-Playing is weird or is doing it for shits and giggles. Even though what I'm about to say right now is unrelated to housing, I was at an rp event in-game that was getting crashed on by someone spamming a mount action. Speaking of which, I assume some people here will say "Just turn off the effects", "just restrict housing access, dummy" or something like that. But there is one thing that we gotta look out for should the trolls have enough money to pay for multiple subs in which that would be: more troll accounts. SE gotta step up their game in combating trolls (and in an unrelated note here, BOTS *COUGH COUGH* *WHEEZE* COME ON SE. STEP IT UP) and maybe should a troll create more than 1 account to harass people in a house and get kicked out a lot on those characters on that same account. they should get banned from the game. Just saying.

Had a guy sit on my toilet for several days I guess to troll. I ignored him and he finally went away. What kind of person does that? Shudder to think and pity the fools he knows in r/l.

I agree with the OP's idea. I keep my house locked constantly cause I cant remove annoying people. If entry were controlled not just by tenants but my friends list that would be nice along with being able to remove unwanted guests.
