Hanging Ishgardian is gone

In the doman enclave there is male aura there dangling off a ledge to. I think he was trying to break into Hien's palace.

Not intentionally trying to side track this but in concerns to npcs at Ishgard, did we ever get a proper conclusion for the drama between the Noble Woman that was to marry a Noble Man, but she was in love with a Poor Man. So they moved out to Idlyshire and had a child, while back in Ishgard the Noble Man she didn't marry eluded to the baby not being the Poor Man's? Never saw or heard anything about them in SB. And I recall at one point the Noble sent some men in black suits after them when they originally tried to elope.

Okay I think there really is something wrong with my graphic card or at least the problem is on my end. I tried log into my PS4 and it was fine, the guy is still there but when it's on my PC the hanging guy dissapear if I approach him but reappear if I move away. The draw distance seems to be the issue. Where do I adjust it if at all possible, because this wasn't a problem before so I don't understand why it is the way it is now.



I'm not very savvy with computer, does anyone might know how I can solve this problem?
I know it's a long shot.

He's hanging in there for Ishgard housing.

Okay that is weird. He appear as I walk away up the step near by but dissapear once I aproach the location.

It's been like that for me forever; for whatever reason, he doesn't appear until i'm nearly upon them. This is the only thing that acts this way in the game for me though, so i've never paid it much mind.
