In cases such as boss fights, after the CS the boss at the top is a given, sub-bosses next, trash last. As these are instanced the claiming doesn't matter and the list can be created/filled right away.

Full Party XP, 4 links, but there's 3 stray mobs w/in targeting range, oops I nuked the wrong one, here comes another group of links. This solves that problem.

They're widgets for a reason, put it where you want, or hide them away if you prefer. The text commands/placeholders would still be very useful.
