Comms is just a waste. Most time ones leave instantly after duty is over and give none. If want a bunch be a healer they get more than tanks do.

I dunno, whenever someone asks for coms, it makes me not want to com them, so sorry RDM's (I am also a RDMer) , I probably won't be comming you this week.

Yes, dont give your commendation to this RDM who saved the run 3 times, did get almost all the run long out of mana with lucid dreaming and mana potion on cooldown to verraise everyone several times while still having twice your dps, he was just doing the bare minimum. Just give it to this tank because errrrr, i dunno, you see his name all the time in the mob target ath part, so he must be more important right ? And also because keeping aggro all the time is such a hard job with the new aggro system.

You wouldn't believe how i feel relieved to not be a RDM main anymore, and leting all the rez work to the other players. I get way more coms this way too XD

Look, awhile back I was playing RDM for trial roulette or something, and got probably the worst group ever, I raised people over half a dozen times AT LEAST, plus I was doing top damage... not even just because I was the only dps staying alive, but just in general. It was outrageous! Left the, completed by the way, trial or whatever with zero commendations. This was a couple months back, and I still remember it vividly..

Usually i do give my Commendations only for DPS Jobs once Tank and Healers "always" get people Commendations, so i don't care if Tank and Healers was amazing or not they already have enough ( i'm Main Tank and play often as a Healer too, i do have over 7k Commendations ). But i don't give Commendations at all if someone ask for it no matter how good they was.

Sounds like spitefulness. Just give them to the one who carries 7 people. This is why I avoided trials on RDM during Stormblood. I didn't want to blow my MP doing nothing by raising people and having not enough to do my own thing and just carry them all to victory..
