Wrong. Using the term 'attack' when one means 'physical attack' and 'x damage' when one means 'magical attack' is what causes ambiguity.

The only correct and unambiguous recourse is when a job has physical and magical attacks, to clearly label physical attacks like 'Deliver a physical attack that does 420 potency' and label magical attacks as 'deal an unaspected magical attack that does 350 potency.'

Anything less than that is ambiguous.

    This is not correct.

Summoner and black mage have no melee attacks/spells, and none of the ranged physical jobs have melee weapon skills. Additionally monks have no ranged weapon skills.
