    The Praetorium rewards

I think to fix problem with ones logging out and back in to skip cutscenes they should get warning first time and next time after that they get cut in half the end bonus and third time get nothing. This would fix the problem with those that does it. Today saw ones do it 3 times during it. took a few screen shots of being in cutscene still when battle was going on to turn in. I'm pretty sure read it is against TOS to be skipping them by logging out and back in.

No, this would only punish players with bad internet or players that just happen to have a bad internet day. It's pretty easy to tell if someone actually dc's or if they are abusing it. If they abuse it, report them and GM's will give them the appropriate punishment. Also worth to note is that different languages have different length on the cutscene. Me playing in Japanese i get out super early after some cutscenes and on some i get out so late the boss is already at 30% hp.

Pretty hard to know who did when your in a cutscene when the fighting is going on and not even in the room yet. All you see is area sealed off. One run before cutscene was half way over boss fight was over and on to next cutscenes. They need to find way tell fake disconnects and those that do them should get no reward bonus at the end and just normal reward you get from not running it in roulette.
