    Inability to Start the Game?

    A friend of mine has had issue starting up their game lately and has also been unable to download the recent patch. For whatever reason, they seem to have an aversion to posting on the forums, so I wanted to see what could be done to help them.

    I am having the exact same issue. Mine stops at about 45 MB/s in and shows the same numbers that are in the image. Tried the common ways to fix it with no luck. Never had a problem updating before this patch.

    Want to voice this is also an issue for me, and I can't use a program like Pingzapper because I have the Steam version.

    Having the same deal, same numbers, sad to say.

    Have tried a dozen tricks, including uninstalling/reinstalling, changing install directory, changing modems, disabling protections, etc. Nothing.

    Worse still, trying to reinstall the game is worse; the exact same problem's still there, always around the same location for each case. Never had problems updating before; no idea why this patch is different, but something's done broke.

    Wanted to have a more positive forum post to start off with, but here we are I guess.

    having the same issue error codes are [30413] [25008][10009]. I have made no changes to my network or my pc the errors started to occur when i attempted to download the new patch. I get this message everytime i attempt the download

    same here, would be nice if there was an announcement from support saying they are looking into the issue. but if they do reply to these posts its just asking what we have changed..... over it atm

    I am experiencing the same issue. The launcher upgraded.

    I receive a notice that 32 bit support ended. I click yes and FFXIV doesn't start. My Finder says "The Application Is Not Responding"

    No error messages. Just a failure to launch.

    Atleast y'all are getting the launcher to start up properly. I just get a black screen. Found a few things to try on the forums but still no luck.
