Just met a perma invisible NIN in Frontline while attacking

Yesterday saw a machinist on the other side of land mass targeting ones and shooting thru it or he was inside it. Also yesterday saw a ninja where every attack did to him did zero damage and heavy didn't even work on him. Seen a bard other day fully heal them self with no other members around them and was running away at the time. Another time tried to attack a ninja and said invalid target wouldn't let you attack him but he could attack you. Saw ones using aim bot in pvp. Yoshi need to start looking into all these cheaters in pvp because it is wrecking it for all others. I don't think that's a bug because have seen it to much on blade and soul in there pvp. Where a summoner and there pet would be permanent invisible after using the skill. Also seen that used on Aion in the past and here in frontlines.

Please get some more experience in pvp. Then check if it is still the same. Ninja could have cc resistance, they have their own shield so attacking them does 0 dmg for 30s if not broken. They can use sprint and they can use shikuchi to jump far away 2 times. If people are out of combat long enough they will autoheal to 100%, maybe check battle log if there was not another healer somewhere or redmage healing him. Do you autofacetarget targets? If it says invalid target you atleast must have looked at him, was line of sight given, was there a height difference? Was he out of range? Are you using macros? I could go on and ask more and more but, the thing is you haven't thought about all this yet so it is more likely that there wasn't a glitch or hack, but just you not understanding what happened really. These quick conclusions happen to the best people in PvP though, don't worry.

And ok KageTokage show me one of those aimbots please. I doubt you want or can, but even if they exist, they have no value in PvP lol killsniping isn't what makes u win and would be hard even if such a bot exists. I haven't seen bots since stormblood release btw.

And to OP again, I reported that bug even a year ago, wasn't accepted though pepehands


You can see the spinning edge on me and hyoton (but its a range skill so whatever, still ninja skill though). In the enemy party list you see him grayed out and my macros that target him show the error "Target not in line of sight". The ninja infront of me is my teammember. The thing is he has a ninja dot on him from my team, so he is definetly attackable by my team, just cant be seen(therefore its clientsided for me only). So this bug totally exists. Because this guy was/is the best ninja player on chaos back then, he clearly doesn't need to hack

I have done over 1000 fontline duties. Sounds like to me your one of those cheaters if you make an excuse like that. I have lots of screen shots . Like today saw ones jump off a cliff and not take any dmg when attacking them. More than just me that sees when happens. One that said invalid target how not looking at him when he right in front of you and not moving then you keep trying to attack and says invalid target even when he gets off and starts attacking you. Sure not my pc when get over 200+ fps in pvp when there bunch together attacking. Tell me this how does one get inside middle of a huge land rock and attack players from inside it with out using some cheat.

If he was not moving he is just a player who dc and logged back, they cant be attacked until they fully loaded back into the game. Their model however already shows to all other players. I can only recommend recording like Sors advised, yeah there are a few cheater out there and bots potentially, but not everything you don't understand is one (and people are jumping the gun fast, like in most PvP games where they lose).

I don't think "aimbots" would be useful if anybody is using them, cause of the lag and server ticks of this game (the moment you aim at somebody with low HP - he is probably already dead), to efficiently target and hit them you would have to play a range class too. Which is atm already a handicap cause they take 30% more damage and deal 15% less damage than melee. That's why its pretty hilarious to hear of aimbots in PvP, first time I heard it too.xD

Did you even read whole thing?. I said he got off his mount and starting attacking me and still said invalid target and never could hit him. Your invincibility end when do any action other than moving.

Invincibility doesn't end (anymore?) when someone get off his/her mount and starts attacking. Now you can really fight an invincible person as long as the 15sec of invincibility are not over, which makes some people feel like an unfair thing cause those people can reach their base and defend it while still invincible.

It's not like I could realistically prove someone is using one, but from observing PvE bots they have a definite capacity for prioritizing targets based off of their current HP percentage. Adapting it to work in PvP situations would be extremely simple and could even just effectively be turned into a "target lowest HP enemy/ally" hotkey if someone wanted.

It's mostly observable with heal bots as they'll instantly start spamming heals on you if you, say, change your job from DoL/H to DoW/M near them which puts your HP into a "critical" threshold. I typically encountered them in Eureka or outside PotD/HoH.
