VR camera mode - first person

Is it possible with the current game code to implement a camera mode the uses a VR headset?

Ignore the VR wand controls etc,
Simply a first-person mode that allows you to display and look around the world in VR.
It wouldn't be optimum but would be nice and immersive.

I'm not on here often enough to catch the live letter question threads. It would be cool if Yoshi and team gave a response on capabilities of this so if anyone wants to put it forward...

Considering they already have first person , I don't see why it'd be that hard to kludge the mouse look into headset tracking. ... would be seriously barf/seizure inducing in actual fights though.

I actually not sure if anybody even ever asked them about this for LL, so you probably can ask it later in special thread which they will create not much before the LL. It scheduled to be 18th October, so the thread should be created quite soon.

Thinking about code, there probably still a lot of noodles from 1.0 and PS3 times so it can have some issues to implement, depending on how far they proceeded with fixing all this mess.
