1. dive underwater in Ruby Sea
2. try to call mount via mount roulette button
3. button is greyed out and mount cannot be called
4. try calling specific mount via their dedicated button works though

Are you using Mount Roulette, or Flying Mount Roulette? If former, likely by design, to prevent the game from attempting to summon a mount that can't swim (or fly, really).

Actually. Wait. 5.0 notes said all mounts can now fly. So. Likely the previous explanation was the original intent. But now, Flying Mount Roulette could/should be removed entirely, as both roulettes should now function the same. And, obviously, while they're at it, should ensure Mount Roulette works in situations like this.
