irregular tomestones of mythology not receiving

I am doing Frontline for the event tomes and evey 2-3 one it says I received the tomes but my total doesn't increase. My inventory isn't full and I have some in inventory.

I verify texts <below> to insure I got credit in text but not receiving them. It is not consistent, happens every about 3rd frontline run.

[20:28]You gain 1150000 gunbreaker experience points.
[20:28]You obtain 600 Wolf Marks.

Try an /isearch tomestone. They might be going somewhere unexpected, for example, if you split the stack.

Same issue, just played pvp that should have rewarded 5 and then one that awards 7 and got 0. Maybe due to having poetics capped???

Inventory full? I have all regular tomes capped but the irregular are items and I receive them on ...regular(!)... basis.

I'm on Crystal DC too and now you making me worried hope its not a real bug. I stopped spamming pvp and doing it only once a day now after giving up on getting the black garo mount. Just not possible to get enough wins with either adders or flames for it. Guess I gotta make it a habit to check my inventory after every match.
