Is there a way to get the boots of Minfilia from shadowbringers? They look awesome.
If yes, how can I obtain them?

The 2nd minfilia outfit didn't come with her hair, which was unique. Same with lyse.

I didn't look at the 2nd Minfilia one as I wasnt interested in it (but the one above.... I also want the boots)

I do have the Lyse and forgot it didn't come with hair.

I'll take the boots for $12.

The first version of Minfilia's outfit did come with her hairstyle though. The second version is much longer and that seems to be a running theme of "things only NPCs get".

I'm certainly hoping the ShB version comes with the hairstyle though. It would be perfect for one of my alts, and an instant buy (from someone who normally waits months for discounts) if they released it. I'm not getting it for just the outfit though.
