No Irregular tomestone when joining in progress

I don't understand why you can't get them if you join something in progress. This seems counterintuitive to me. You should encourage people to enable the join party in progress, not turn it off.

"Hey Bob, you done with what you were doing yet? We're at Gaius and ready to kick the rando healer from the group so you can join to get your tomestones."

That is why you can't join in progress.
