Battle Bear Horn not Found

As the title suggests, I am unable to find the Battle Bear Horn after completing the achievement "Tank you, Warrior III." I used the 'Search for Item' command in game and couldn't find the reward anywhere.

The only thing I think might be an issue is that I used Expert Roulette to spam dungeons instead of manually selecting the dungeons. In game there is a note that reads "Each roulette only counts with daily award bonus" and from my perspective that could mean roulette don't/shouldn't progress the achievement except for the first run each day. Even if that is the case, the achievement was still counting the dungeon runs via roulette as valid attempts so I just assumed I was fine.

Regardless, I earned the achievement and hadn't received my mount yet please help.

You need to go get and it from achievement reward npc in gridania Apkallu falls
