Defensive much? Anyone opened a thread is subjected to scrutiny. There is nothing subjectively wrong with what the person you quoted said, and it's no where near as rude as your own response to it.

But it is bad forum etiquette to start a thread when there is already the exact same subject multiple times.

It just shows entitlement and narcissism. Look at my thread, my point is more important than those OTHER ones.
