+1. I think this is the reason why a lot of people complain, they mistook what the tool is for. It's supposed to be a "feel good" tool, rather to judge others. I always comm after a run unless the whole group has to be really really really shit, or was a side show of drama and bickering. While I do give out comm based on performance, most of the time there will be at least ONE person I can give the comm to.

Do you feel at least a tinny little bit of happiness when you receive a comm, or 2, or 3? My reason to always give out a comm because simply hey - this can at least make one person just a little happier for a moment, why not?
