Since White Mage has all but left their conjurer roots for more light-focused magic, there’s now a gaping hole in the available elemental magic we can use in content. Besides Red Mage and Blue Mage (which isn’t a full fledged job so I don’t count that as much) there’s a noticeable lack of Earth, Air and Water spells now that makes me pretty sad since they’re my favourite elements.

Please consider adding Geomancer or a Druidic type job to fill the aesthetic gap. It was made clear from the Swallow’s Compass dungeon that Geomancer’s are on a whole other level to Conjurer's they were compared to in prior quests, so surely they would be a great job to use for filling in the other elemental shortages and please fans of Geomancers as well. It would make a great DPS addition that would please a lot of people.

If not Geomancer than maybe a brand new Druid job that would be unique to FF14 and fill that large gap left behind by WHM. I’ve spoken to quite a lot of other players who also agree it’s strange and disappointing how much of a lack there is of nature based magic to use (again excluding Blue Mage, I’m not prepared to add Limited jobs to the equation).
