So long as you are hoarding houses and wards, please refrain from commenting to anything I post again.
As the black market kingpin, you know and abuse what loopholes you can.
Refrain. I will not ask a second time.

Lol, not only are you poorly informed about my FC, you're poorly informed about the housing rules. Go purchase two FC houses on the same account on Spriggan, you might figure out that there are no restrictions on FC housing![]()
What he said. FC housing restrictions were removed a long time ago. That isn't to say they won't come back, but that right now, any housing plot is free game. Even to those already with an FC house.
So much hate for Mew, when they've played by the rules given to them.. I fail to understand why beyond "They have what I don't". To which my response is "too bad..?"
There's the letter of the rules, and then there's the intent of the rules. What he said. FC housing restrictions were removed a long time ago. That isn't to say they won't come back, but that right now, any housing plot is free game. Even to those already with an FC house.

What MEW has done is clearly against the intent of the rules implemented in 4.2, despite being within the letter of the rules.
For every time you post I link your back alley off site advertising in every report I send. Continue if you dare, but I told you I would not ask a second time and I meant it.

Don't feed the trolls. You cannot stop Mew from posting on the forums, but you can disregard anything and everything he says as unimportant ploys for attention. He is not a certifiable source of quality information about housing. You can find his attempt at a worldview in the forum called "an in-depth analysis of the housing satiation" and lol about it there with the rest.
Let's stay on topic. This introduction of new houses specifically for FCs will provide a much needed opportunity for groups of gamers to enter the housing market. Of course, since there's otherwise no new rules regarding FCs to go with it, there will still be many corrupt players looking for a chance at getting a house with "ghost" FCs. I dearly hope SE will find a way to address this well-known issue.
Hopefully, more legitimate FCs than not will find themselves a home, but experience with players and FF housing has taught me to fear the worst.
Overall, I'd just like to praise SE for adding more housing. Thanks for your efforts.

The issue with that is I believe SE would've stepped in, if it were truly against what they stand for. That and "intent" of the rules is up to interpretation, unless we're given a straight up Black-and-white stance to avoid the infamous "grey area".
If SE intended for one person to have 50 homes they wouldn't have a limit on individuals. This is clearly a loophole that allows people to circumvent that rule. This can't possibly be what they intended. However, unless I see their logic behind removing the cap on FC house purchases per account, I have no idea what they're doing.
Originally? That was the unintended goal. Back in the day, a single person could own half a ward, purely for having the gil to do so. But I can only assume an FC having a monopoly on housing is more acceptable, given it's a group of (Assumedly) 50+ people all working to get to that point. If SE intended for one person to have 50 homes they wouldn't have a limit on individuals. If it were a Roleplaying FC owning an entire Ward, I think it'd be fine. Especially if they used the lands they owned, beyond the workshop and FC-related systems. But that is a stretch even on the best of days.
(To be clear, I more-mean hosting Roleplaying events, offering RP hubs and such as "used the lands they owned".)
