    FC are not the only ones, people can also relocate during this, that’s how my aura got a house in shirogane when they locked it then too. And if I am reading that right, it will be the same here... so for some it may be a good chance to upgrade

    It literally says the wards are only going to be open to FCs at first. I hope you are right though as I am looking for a large to upgrade from my medium.

    You needed 4 characters in the fc, they do not need to be in separate accounts. I'm not sure if the 4 character requirement is still in place or not as some of the purchase requirements on the page most people refer to were disabled without an update to the page's information.

    No, just two accounts, actually. You create 3 alts on the second account and let one fo them invite you, or vice versa.

    You are perfectly correct, four people are needed: the FC leader + three more members.
