All of the DoH/DoL actions I unlock are being added automatically to the bar of every other DoH/L class/job I have. This seems like a bug, and it is really annoying having to remove all of these abilities. Is there any way to stop this from happening?

No, they aren't shared bars, no they aren't all additional shared abilities.
