Unable to download patch files

I'm getting ''Unable to download patch files'' error 11003, 10009, 10019 and others... I had similar problems trying to log in into game last week, I contact support, did everything they suggested (Changing settings on launcher, on internet explorer, open gates on router...) and nothing worked. I could still log in but after several tries. It started with me getting a message ingame saying i wasn't registered, wich I check my MogStation and I was. Now i'm not, i'm planning to return but before paying I need to at least be able to update the game, right?

I don't know more what to do, I see people with similar problems on Reddit and here. Anything you guys can do? Please? I'm losing an event right now
