Frontline is a large scale PVP, which is what they'll add more of in 5.1. (I thought I heard mention about Feast as well, but can't seem to find anything concrete about it.)
Do you have yourself toggled as a Freelancer in the duty options? That instantly makes the queue more bearable - though it can make trying to get specific GC achievements a pain.
Make PvP fun. That would help a lot.
freelancer option does only give points towards your current grand company achievements, it does not matter who you are fighting with.
I...I got thoroughly reminded on why I don't like pvp in this game. I don't know if people can make premade parties for frontlines but several people pointed in chat that you can and is literally why mael always seems to win. The worst was the other day where all of us in the flames could swear that two big fc joined the match and was basically telling each to only fight the flames. The result was that we couldn't even leave the spawn zone and over half of us hit the leave button because of it...there is nothing fun about pvp when stuff like that can happen. Granted there has been some fun matches where the score was neck to neck on all three sides and I actually had fun...but after the moogle bit ends, I will be done with pvp...I think what needs to happen for large scale pvp is no premade parties can happen, just pure random pepes. It's the only way (in my experience) pvp will not be so aggravating and actually become fun. That's my thoughts anyway...
