    What? You don't need to level anything else with this system. The skills are automatically changed to whatever role you are matched into when in a party.

    You're still in turn asking someone to learn a different job for the sake of it. In your example of RDM you're asking an RDM to become a healer and change an aoe spell into an aoe heal.

    They tried concepts of dps being heals/tanks in Eureka with logos but that didn't last long since people realized their normal jobs they were used to were better.

    It'd be a fun side mode but it would and should never take over the formula we got going on right now for the sake of understanding your job.
