I am currently not satisfied with the tech support I've been having with FFXIV as I've been haing issues with one single of my alts and not others in the same account, same realm and same FC.
I have tried going to get Tech support via the options offered by the game AKA support desk, NA support and here the forums
My history no longer shows the first couple of posts through the support desk but eventually they told me to go trough na.support and contact seeing the only option via e-mail. And I followed instructions until I got the message
That was sent on September the 18 2019 and I went and followed the advice given and went back to try to contact trough support deskGreetings,
This issue may also be due to the character being stuck in an instance. Because this might be the case, we recommend either waiting for the system to reset and to place the character in a zone you can access or to contact the GMs to see if they are able to assist. To contact a Game Master please type “/supportdesk”, which will bring up the menu to contact a Game Master for further assistance.

By the way so far there has been no explanation why these multiple 90002 errors are appearing only on one character in the account and I was getting multiple messages saying it was a problem with connection without even an explanation for why it was happening on only one account.

So I went and followed the instructions on that message to wich I got the answer
Let it be known I have been patient and I have not gotten any answer nor help to my issue. Just a feeling of being led in a circle.
