    Error code - what can I do?

    Hey guys.

    So I've been having trouble launching my game since I re-downloaded it yesterday. First it just said "An error occured, FFXIV is closing"... then I reset the system settings, now I'm getting this;

    Any idea how I can get this fixed?

    Can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

    This only happened after reinstalled the game, correct? Have you attempted to reinstall the game again or have you tried any other troubleshooting?
