Feedback on Moogle Treasure Trove Event

As much as the first event felt nice, I'm actually appalled they didn't think ahead of time that we'd like to do the same crappy grind all over again. I'm going to be serious here: As much as SE likes to throw in incentive and rewards for this, you still lock it to the Lv 15-50 Dungeons which are absolute doge crap to go through if you're already max level. It doesn't even feel great.

If you really want to give more incentive, add in some of the Heavensward and Stormblood Dungeons since those are previous expansions; on top of that, the jobs are more interesting in those expansions than ARR! So please: Consider adjusting the event in the next one so that it's not just 4 Blue Mage/1 Tam Tara Deepcroft all day.

I think the main reason for this time moogle treasure trove (aside as filler event) is because garo collaboration will come to an end in 5.1, so they "encourage" people to do pvp (well at least frontlines and rival wings) and collect the garo gear set before they become unobtainable
the rewards for msq and the other dungeon / raid is still intact just because they are there on the last event.

I understand it's filler content, but it needs to go past ARR is what I'm saying. I understand the incentive to throw it into the hot trash that's PvP, but people don't want to have to do the same crap over and over. They want to do more than that. If they really wanted to, they could do a Event Roulette that can do this. Other than that, their design for this is bad if they're going to keep it closed to ARR just so they can push the new kids on the block through to 2.1.

There is plenty of variety in my opinion, I'm glad they've included PvP as well as adjusted the output for the 2 MSQ roulette instances.

Extremely happy PVP is a thing in it, gives more incentive to people who already play it actively to get some goodies.

Wondering what the next mount will be that they'll give away for the next one. Here's hoping some of the old amazon ones like the normal Nimbus cloud show up at some point.

I've not seen many people with the Original Fat Chocobo mount that was available in the UK for all customers who had a mobile phone contract with O2. I have this one and would love for others to be able to have it too as I felt bad on the 3/4 occasions someone has asked where I got it from and they missed out

Honestly, I wish that they had taken the time to add in Moogle Tomes to the level 60 and level 70 Alliance raids to try and incentivize them as well. I’ve been trying to farm the tank body piece from Weeping City—I got really lucky and got two fast queues this past weekend before they slowed to a 50+ minute wait on a Saturday night. They could have benefited from the incentives.

Nothing like queuing Frontlines, seeing your Alliance is only half full, and now knowing you have automatically lost because it will likely stay half full because this dumb event encourages turning off queuing in progress runs for some brilliant reason...
