Shadowbringers final cutscene glitch (SPOILERS)

So I finally finished the fight with Emet-Selch, however when I'm watching the cutscene immediately following it gets to the part where Ryne is about to, I guess, explain why your soul is suddenly repaired, but it just cuts to a black screen with the loading symbol at the bottom and then the screen stays black and Dulia-Chai starts talking (which I'm assuming is the next scene or something? Idk if there's supposed to be a picture or not). Did anyone else have this problem? And how do I fix it? Everything else and every other cutscene has been fine so I have no clue what could be happening. It took a while to get to this point and considering how great the expansion is I'd kinda like to actually watch the final scenes?

Does the cutscene do this when you revisit the scene in the Unending Journey?

It could have been a hiccup when you reached that point the first time (which is unfortunate), but try completing the “Shadowbringers” quest, and then finding the cutscene in the Unending Journey. If it continues to happen, it may have something to do with your install—in that case, contact Technical Support to see if they can help you troubleshoot the problem.

That's a really awful place to get a glitch like that. Hope you can get it fixed soon!

You could maybe try reinstalling the game in case there's a corrupt file or something.

To clarify the situation, you experienced the black screen (with audio retained) for this cutscene only, or has the issue repeated itself? Additionally, you were able to proceed with the Main Scenario Quest, correct?
