Loot autodrops from Dungeons

I’ve been farming up Qitana Ravel for each role’s gear set (love the look of it all) and the auto-dropping at the end (something that you don’t have in your inventory or AC is awarded to you after clearing the end) has been a huge blessing. Are the weapons excluded from this though?

I’ve been working on BLM and the weapon is the last item I need. For some reason though I didn’t get it to auto-drop, and I’ve never seen it drop from a chest. It’s not a huge deal for me if the weapons don’t auto-drop, they’re a bonus in my eyes, but the completionist in me is antsy.

The weapons are currently excluded—but I believe they made a comment recently about changing this, and allowing the weapons to drop at the end of the dungeons as well in an upcoming update (maybe Patch 5.1?).

Huh, ok. I guess I’m misremembering how I got the MCH or GNB weapons then, I could’ve sworn I got one via the auto drop. Guess I just got lucky and didn’t realize it. Thanks!
