Mouse controls for camera randomly cut off

I've been playing for awhile without any problems, but I had just recently switched out motherboards for my system. After doing so, I've been having this reoccurring problem of the mouse controls for the camera cutting in and out randomly. I can still use the A and D keys to rotate the camera, but it ignores mouse controls for a time. Eventually it comes back on, before cutting back off at some random time after. I had already reinstalled both FFXIV and even Windows 10 itself. It's not the problem I've seen in many posts with camera control problems. The camera doesn't look up or down when it happens, it's just the mouse temporarily loses control. Any help please?

Update: Forgot to mention, the entire games slowly becomes unstable over time. Framerates drop, audio isn't syncing with animations. Sometimes the game crashes my system when I quit the game.

When the game crashes, do you receive an error message? If so, could you provide it in your response? Do you experience with this camera issue when the mouse is unplugged? Could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
