    Besides mods, the graphics engine can support the Veil of Eternal Innocence and the other similar ones, so it can clearly handle see-through fabrics, so I can't see any reason to think it couldn't on a skirt like that. (Isn't there also a headpiece with a semi-seethrough veil over the face? I was thinking there was but don't remember which it is.)

    Ah yeah I forgot about the wedding veil. Well I wish they would make more use of this style for gear.
