I like doing the Fashion Report and LoV gobbue for some quick easy MGP when I have time as it doesn't take too long and you can easily win with hildibrand spam. (I actually don't mind LoV either lol, just don't touch the GS as much as I'd like cause I've got a lot of other things I want to do first).

Indeed, just by getting 80 points in Fashion report every week you can get 3 mil+ mgp per year without much effort.

Actually, I found running Castrum the best way last time.. it takes about 30 minutes, so you can do 2 an hour and you get 7 tomes.. I did go as a healer so instant queues, where as there is a wait usually for pvp queues, so I could get 14 tomes an hour.

This would entirely depend on how the community responds to the event. PVP queues may be instant if the community sees it as optimal, just like how syrcus tower was the only alliance raid in the roulette last time due to the amount of people doing it. Queue times aside, PVP is mathmatically quickest, but you are right that queuing is a factor.

You could do what I did with the first Moogle event. Form a BLU party and blow through Tam Tara in 3 mins or so. You'll need some key spells, but don't worry, it's not the primal ones. It also helps that they upped the tomestone you receive from doing these dungeons. It was 1 when it came out last time.

I got FENRIR on 7 characters, first I got the Korpokkur mount, then went for Fenrir, only by doing GOLD Saucer stuff, I wouldn't waste tomestones getting gold saucer stuff, but it's your time..........

I do think PVP is fastest this time, and I am thrilled. PVP usually lasts 20mins longest and queue is <5mins. In 1 hour you can farm 15 tomes. Was dreading to MSQ but now that PVP is farmable I am so happy cos I love PVP too 2 birds in 1 stone.

Yeah, it looks like im gonna be mostly PvP too. Ive got a few wolf mark items i want too, so extra bonus. However, i have no intention of fooling myself into thinking ill win enough matches this month to get any more of the garo rewards before theyre phased out. Sure, i could use marks to buy another set of gear and get another title but i could just as easily buy those sets with the millions of MGP i have. The mounts i dont have will forever be out of my reach.

Don't despair, I had 0 PVP wins when they announced the Garo was ending last month and I managed to get all 3 mounts before they announced the moogle event. This is a nice thought, but not realistic for me. If i have a lot of free time this month, ill do a maximum of 50 frontline matches. Ill do a minimum of 20, the other 30 will be time permitting. Right now im at 13 out of 60 wins for the 2nd frontline mount. I would need to have all the free time, and win basically all the matches to get there. I dont think im good at pvp(i would say average-ish), and im certainly under no delusion that at my absolute best im enough to shift a match from a loss to a win. So ill be dependent on the skill and coordination of 7-23 other players(also needing luck to wind up against bad teams), with a loss cushion of less then 5. So no, im not going to end up with that mount. Ill be happy if i manage to get most of the moogle stuff i want along with some of the fun wolf mark prizes.
